Hello again it is me, today I am going to talk about a book again. I would like to get in the mood to read the whole book. To achieve that I am going to show and share my opinion about the first two paragraphs. The book was published by Rick Falkvinge and it is about the reform of the copyright system.

Two quotes from the first paragraph which passed me to think.
“The only way to even try to limit file sharing is to remove the right to private communication.”

  • it is true it is impossible to restrict file sharing without somehow checking private messaging, but it is not obvious how we are doing that. I would show two scenarios. The first one is when a group of people are reading messages which are not that effective and another human can see our private and confidential data. The second when an algorithm checks messages and file extensions is banned from chatting, but here a malfunction algorithm can cause a lot of damage. To sum it is a very swampy surface and we need to be careful.

“If people could get access to books for free, authors would not be able to make a living, and no new books would be written.”

  • I will share two scenarios here as well, first is that the book mentioned. If writers don't get money from the customers they will stop writing so we wanted to share the opportunity to read but ultimately we stopped writing at all. My suggestion is to make books free and the government should provide money to good writers. It could be a perfect opportunity to corruption but with a well worked system it would spare reading in a wise layer of sociality.

From the second paragraph I picked some topics to discuss. I will write my opinion and I am looking forward to hearing from you. 

Free Non-Commercial Sharing I do not know what is the regulation here in Estonia but I used to live in Denmark where it is banned. So the citizens cannot use any P2P connection, mostly known torrents. I disagree with this kind of regulation because it has a lot of disadvantages. I understand it is more difficult to download movies software and such but with VPN it became very easy to play around. On the other hand make complicated simple tasks which are legal but need P2P connection.

Registration After 5 Years Here I would reduce the time because if somebody doesn’t want to be anonymous I think more than enough 1 year to say that ‘I am here and this is my work’.

Free Sampling This is a really hard topic, what would we consider as a remixes and parody? There are already many conflicts between musicians that they change the music just a bit and then they can claim it is their product. I don’t think it is a good idea.

Hello again, I am going to talk about the development of computers basically from ENIAC to IPad. Where to start if not at the beginning.  The first question is what is computing when someone counts computing. When the first humans started to count with their fingers in 2700-3000 BC, I would not say that it was computing. I think it starts when it is connected with electricity. To give respect to others I will introduce those machines that were used for computing without any transistors or even without any other power supply than a human. Antikythera mechanism used in 100 BC it was used for astronomical computing In grammar school I had to learn to calculate on  slide rules. I hated that I felt useless to use such a thing when calculators exist. Let's move on to real computers.. I am sure everybody has heard about Alan Turing.   Hello everyone it is me again and today I am going to talk about the relation of IT and ethics, more particularly about ethical egoism. I would like to start with an example so Jack believes that Jill should promote her own interest in accordance with ethical egoism. Jack might believe this, but he isn't going to tell Jill. He looks to his own interest first. This means that whatever we do for our benefit it is ethical to do so and it is not considered unethical to not act against our interest. Let's move to the IT field. How does this example connect to IT? We need to consider a situation, this can be a variation of things from a job and its compensation to competing for a position or a pay raise. For instance a freelancer make their own set of rules and can determine the amount of compensation they want in return. Most of the time it is considered rude but they are right in a way. They are a one-man team, doing a lot of hard tasks on a very high level and please be honest w

  Hello again, it me and the following Sunday blog is going to be about bad ergonomics examples mostly from console playing. I have been playing on console since first class so I have pretty much experience. There are two constructions that I think we need to talk about. At the beginning of this market vendors tried to show everything they had. It led to the same very bad design controller or the idea preceded its age. I cannot remember which birthday of mine was that when I got a very special present it was a controller to my Playstation. Its name is Jogoc. It has a very weird design because it has a steering wheel in the middle of the device. Its purpose was to drive more precisely in the racing games than the traditional controller. For obvious reasons it did not live up to expectations. Let’s move on to the next example which is called Soul controller. It was designed for samurai games. I would try that again with the ghost of tushima for sure, of course with some updated gyroscope
